Hi, I'm a USC and currently residing in the US. My wife is in home country and we are going through the immigration process for her and my two stepchildren (under the age of 21).

I filed the I-130's separate. Today I got the approval notice in the mail for my stepdaughter and noticed on the receipt in the same box as petitioner (me) name is a 9 digit number beginning with the letter A. Its not the same as the receipt number and this is not on neither my wife nor our son's approval notices. Does anyone know what this is? Thanks for your feedback (and if this is something that is common, why isn't it on the other's?) More out of curiosity.

That's what I kind of figured but it was on the I-130 approval notice and since there wasn't a number on neither my wife or son's approval notice I wasn't sure what it was. Thanks for the response!
