Hello all

My fiancé has been in the US for almost a month, we are about to get marry, we are just waiting on the rings to be ready. I've looking at the adjustment of status guide and I have questions about it. First, do I need another affidavit of support when I submitted one in our interview at the us embassy. Also what evidence should I submit?

Thanks guys

Not a K-1 process or procedure. Moving to AOS forums.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Yes. It's a different form. You filled out the I-134 for your interview, you'll now need the I-864. You should submit the same kind of evidence you did the first time. Tax transcripts/returns, pay stubs, employment letter, etc.

Thank you guys for letting me know.On the I-134 the sponsor was a family member because I didnt qualify, does the other one has to be under my family member or can I do it since I qualify already.

Thanks

The I-134 you needed for the K-1 visa is not tied to the I-864 you need for AOS. If you have enough income now to meet the 125% requirement for your household size, then you do not need a joint sponsor for your I-864.
