You need to provide way more information than what you've given so people can direct you on what you should do next.

People need to know where your fiance interviewed, the reason she was denied, what exactly happened at the interview, etc.

my fiance went for her K1 visa and after the interview and received 212a5a and 212a6ci. she wasn't asked to submit I-601 but was very hard and intimidating.

My Fiance has never been in USA before.

any help is much appreciated.....

thanks,

Samuelle

So she was denied because (a) they seriously doubted the relationship [212A5a] and for misrepresentation and fraud (A6Ci)..and she could not have submitted an I-601 for herself...only you could do that...but it won't do any good right now because the K1 was not approved, so no waiver can be submitted until someday in the future (if ever) the K1 is approved. Whatever she did or said was obviously not the truth and must have been some pretty serious lies or other made up evidence of your alleged relationship.

Need way more info here.

1. What consulate/country is your fiancee from?

2. Was she pushed on any specific questions?

3. Did she lie about anything?

4. Are there any red flags here? Have you met only once? Anything in your relationship "out of the ordinary"?

You need to find out specifically what she was found to have misrepresented. Was it a misunderstanding due to a language barrier, a prior application that contained false information, a current marriage that has not been reported or perhaps her not being divorced when the petition was filed? We need more details so advise can be given. A material misrepresentation, of which she is accused, can carry a lifetime ban from entry to the US.

Once the deny u base on married for immigration purposes they automatically add the misrepresentation because they already think it is fraud so every document they have is considered misrep I was denied for the same reasons but when my case was sent to USCIS they only left married for immigration purposes only, and my interview was back in march and my case was reaffirmed and sent back to the NVC but we r now in the process of a divorce, so dont stress urself out take a day at a time consult with ur congressman and just take it from there Best of luck :)
