If by some miracle, Vermont picks your packet for a training exercise, then you might see a very quick approval. If not, be prepared for at least a 7 month wait. Hate to bust the bubble, but those are the cold hard facts. Good Luck in the rest of your journey!!!!

I just had a friend get a cr1 approval from VSC with an I130 date of mid-dec. Of course he did contact his Senator once he crossed 5 1/2 months

with no... NOA2... Within 48 hours he got his NOA2. Did it make a difference using the Senator? Probably,,, but, his timeline was close to the

published processing times.

Regards,

dc

Hang in there your not being overlooked. 5 Months is not outside the AVG, and you should be getting yours any day know it appears that VSC is kicking out people in your NOA1 timeline now. It is very normal for some that filled a few weeks after you to come in before you. I know it's hard to wait but you are real close.

P.S. 7 months is not normal. If you have not heard from them by Jul 10 start making official inquires.

The operative words are "Be Prepared".

Sorry I thought your operative words were, if you don't get picked for a training exercise....Be prepared for "at least" 7 months. At least==at the minimum, meaning that is the start of the bell curve.

Also what kind of training exercise are you talking about. I asked my buddy at VSC and they did not have a clue ?
