I just got approved today! WOOHOO WOOHOO WOOHOO!!!!

I LOVE YOU CSC!!!! (L) (L) (L)

Good luck to all other june filers!

Side note: I found out about it when I checked my case status online this morning. And even though I've signed up for email and text notifications, I have yet to receive either one informing me about it.

So I guess being paranoid and checking the USCIS website 10 times a day does pay off :D :D

Our estimation has moved to October 8th-20th, (NOA1 June 25) which is around my (Myke) birthday, and when Kerry will be visiting me, so that would be a perfect birthday present!

I leave the States in 3 weeks after having my full 90days here, and as soon as I get home, I will be updating all my vaccinations. Other than prepare for the interview, is there anything else essential I should be doing? I saw someone mention getting police checks - does the USCIS not do that in the original checks?

While I am happy for all of you CSC folks getting your NOA2, I'm also very jealous. Yesterday was 3 months since I got the NOA1 and it looks like I will have about 3 more to go. :-(

I wish they would ship some of the VSC files to Cali.

I would probably be ok with it all, but this has been a pretty horrible 3 weeks since Simon has gone back to the UK. School has started and my son is starting a new school. He's getting bullied. :-( Plus we're having trouble on the bus. They keep dropping him off at home when no one is there and they should be dropping him off at his aftercare.

That doesn't even take into consideration that I am super swamped at work. We haD 2 positions that needed to be filled in my department and another girl just went on long-term disability and won't be returning. That makes 3 positions that needed to be filled (there are only 2 us now) and we got told today that we're not filling them due to budget cuts. There is NO way I will be able to keep up with things as is.

Why can't they have an expedited process for life!

I'm so sorry to be a complainer, but I normally get to talk to Simon on my lunch everyday, but I didn't get one today (probably the beginning of a trend). I don't know how many of you use Viber, but it is generally better quality than Skype. Until recently. Half of our calls are spent saying "What", "let me call you back", "Sim....Sim....Sim" "Can you hear me now?". :ranting:

I totally went from being like a warm and happy family for 3 months to a lonely, jealous, depressed, frustrated, worried mom/co-worker/fiance.

And by the way, yes I am writing this at work, but dang it. I should get 10 minutes for myself! :crying:

Hi Guys,

After 95 days, finally We've got Noa2..Thank You Lord. I just want to share my experience that everytime I checked Igor's list, it made me upset especially to see people who filed before our and get faster. Sometimes it made me and my fiancee also argue and it was not good time at all. I hope whoever still waiting the visa here, just be patient (It's easy to write this than you face it..believe me..I was there also). But Trust me, the time will come soon just be patient guys :)

Thanks! I'm sorry I was such a complainer. I am not normally like that. I guess the thing I need to keep remembering is how lucky I am to have him and that this stuff is short term.

I really am happy for all of you June filers getting approvals. Maybe a whole bunch of people at VSC took vacations in the summer and now they'll come back refreshed and ready to knock all of the petitions out. :-) A girl can hope, right?

We can hope but USCIS National average is now posted for 8.5 months for K1 and Vermont has 2/27/2012 as it's posted date instead of 5 months. Hopefully this will prompt Vermont to throw some resources at the problem.

Where did you see the average? I see that Vermont is now showing 02/27....well that's depressing. I agree with you, though, CSC getting them out in 80-90 days and VSC taking more than twice that long. Yep, there's a problem.

Funny, I remember reading all of these threads before I filed about how fast VSC was and how slow CSC was. I was so happy when I found out mine was going to VSC. SMH! :bonk:
