I wanted to see if there was anyone else who filed in June. We've been gathering everything for 2 months. I wanted to file in April. It's a pain. I mailed out application overnight on 6/8/12 and received the signature confirmation that it was delivered on 6/11/12. My fiance (Simon) is from Hereford and is here for 3 months, so hopefully the waiting process won't be too miserable.

Based on my location, it should go from Texas to Vermont. I'm curious to see the processing times. Does anyone know if the processors are assigned applications based on the beneficiary's country? My fiance is from Englang. I would love to spend Christmas together this year!!

We are June filers also (Virginia/Philippines)

Yeah I guess when you apply for visa at embassy they would have full access to any criminal info under your name, those guys know everything! Lol.

Not done much planning and can't leave the states till tomorrow now as my flight to Paris was full :(

Still looking at venues but we are trying to keep costs down so who knows?

I'm confident with all the forms now I just have to get my police check from Bahrain and I'm good to go! My main concern is my ability to find a job when I'm here :) I'm on the lookout now! We've just adopted a cat so that's keeping us both very occupied - practise for a baby I keep saying. Ha!

So your at vsc hon? What's your noa1 date?

Yes that makes sense about the us embassy police checks - sorry, dumb blonde moment!!

Yea we are at VSC - NA01 is June 27th, expected NA02 according to VJ is 21-26th December!:( So we are just coming up on two months and looking at a possible further 4... Oh well not much to do but prepare - I am going to start to order all of my forms etc that I can now so ill be as ready as I can be. Quick q: Have you had to have more vaccinations? (I know you dont need them for K1 but we need them for AOS dont we and I think id rather get mine out of the way!)

Im worried about finding work too, and also not being able to work for three months. What jobs will you be looking for? It's all very nerve-racking!

Nay x
