Anybody over the 5 month timeframe calling to check on their status? I mean we all know it is over 5 months, but was wondering what you guys were doing.

In the meantime, Sim has gotten his police certificate, which shows 'No Trace'. He's also got his appointment today to get his vaccinations, which will be needed for AOS, but not K1.

Am I missing anything?

Based on my completely unscientific review of the May folks, I'm thinking we only have about 44 of them are active on VJ and haven't heard anything. That's about 25% of the total.

At 5:00pm I checked the USCIS website to see if our case was updated. I do this every day. Nothing, as usual. At 7:30pm I received a text message and an email from USCIS. After 165 days we have been approved. It is a wonderful feeling. Thanks VisaJourney for helping us during this difficult time. SALUTE!!!

I called the uscis tonight about my case. Was told they won't do a service request or anything until I hit the 6 month mark, which will be next week. I think waiting is harder when you're in the home stretch!

Congratulations !!! All the best for the next steps.

VSC was super fast last week. This week they have slowed down a lot. They should cover most of june filers before they go out for the holidays.
