This is what I have so far:

1 copy of the I-130 packet; (except for the photos I sent Because I sent at least 50 pictures and did not keep copies)

1 copy of the Affidavit of Support packet

1-Original of Birth Cert (applicant and petitioner's )

1 marriage certificate

Bar code page (Confirmation page) of form DS-260 (which I had to do online)

Original mexican passport

2 photos 5x5inches.

A photo album to provide more proof of bona fide if necessary.

I have a few Questions..

1. Am I missing any documents?

2. Do I need Originals tax forms- I just have COPIES of my taxes and co-sponsor's taxes. should I get originals from the IRS or something?

3. my wife is 6 months pregnant; would they ask for any more proof of bona fide? if yes, what else could I use as proof ? I don't pay rent in the house she lives in Mexico because my parents own it, and I'm pretty much borrowing it for a few months until she can come over with me.

Thanks for all your help..

how about medical examination package? im guessing your wife will take care of that in Juarez closer to interview day.

You will be ok with copies of the tax returns. I can't think of anything else at the moment. good luck

Well if you want to bring extra things, how about insurance policy listing your wife?, or prove of co-mingling of finances if you have those. Can't hurt.

Has your case closed with the NVC yet?

In your Affidavit of Support packet, you need proof of your current employment. W-2, recent pay stubs, or an employment letter with company letterhead stating the annual salary should work.

Also, I think copies of your tax returns are good, but I also recommend ordering your tax transcripts from the IRS. It's free and should arrive in about 2 weeks if you have time.

YES take petitioner's birth certificate. My wife had her interview yesterday in juarez, and they didnt need my (the petitioner's) original birth certificate, they just took a color copy. But they said they are starting to ask for the petitionre's original certificate. So yeah take it just in case.
