Hello VJ members, My fiance(e) and I are getting started on putting her packet together for AOS Adjustment of Status. I read about the Medical Vaccination Requirements Form I-693? Does she require to have this form and submit it along with her AOS since she only been here for less than 90 days? Your help will greatly appreciated. Thank you..

You do not need a whole new medical if your exam was within 1 year of filing for AOS. However, you needed to have all the required vaccinations done at the time of the medical, or you need to see a civil surgeon to get the missing shots and have PAGE 1 and the vaccinations page filled out on the I-693.
