hi,im f2a waiting my case to became current my husband joined me in tax of 2011 and we are waiting for ITIN my question is about tax of 2012 are their another process or they will be paid normaly and automaticaly ?

thanks

I'm not sure what your question is. First, you aren't going to be dealing with the 2012 tax return until next year. If you're asking whether you can use the same ITIN on the 2012 tax return then the answer is yes, presuming you haven't immigrated and gotten a Social Security number yet. If you're asking how taxes are paid then that depends on what sort of work your husband does. If he's an employee then his employer will continue deducting taxes from his pay check. If he's self employed then he will continue sending quarterly estimated tax payments to the IRS. Nothing changes there except that he might be able to adjust the amount withheld or sent quarterly since he's now in a different tax filing status.
