My husban and i have been seperated for more than a year, however we did not declare our seperation as we were waiting for our EAD. we got our EAD a month back and want to get officially divorced. i am concerned if our EAD will be revoked if it was notified to the DHS that we are seperated. we work in the same office and our addresses in the application are different. please advise what is the best way to approach. should we inform DHS about the latest development in out marrital status?

What you are doing is called immigration fraud and you can get into a lot of trouble for it. If you are not in a bona fide marriage and don't intend to be in one then you are not entitled to immigration benefits. Yes your EAD will be revoked. Besides that it is only good for a year.

Which one of you were sponsored for the EB-2 visa? If it was your husband then you've got problems. If it was you then your husband has got problems. The person who was sponsored for the EB-2 visa remains eligible to adjust status based on the EB-2 petition. The spouse of the person who was sponsored is eligible to adjust status only because of their marital relationship with the EB-2 visa holder. If that marriage is terminated before they adjust status then their eligibility ends. They can't get a green card, and the EAD is revoked.
