We have finally gotten to this stage. Scheduled POE (point of entry) Friday afternoon!

Here are my questions:

1. She now has the sealed medical packet she got from the doctor (with docs and xray insise) and the form (DS-3025) with her vaccination record.. She will receive her passport with the Visa in it tomorrow. Question --- At the POINT OF ENTRY - they will take ONLY the sealed envelope, correct?

3. This is about the SSN, once again - I tried reading past threads but I kept getting conflicting answers. DO we or DO WE NOT need the SSN before getting married? Seems like a pointless step since we are going to have to go back and change the last name right after we register our marriage.

2. This question is more about the AOS. We are getting married on the 25th and would like to file as soon as possible - so the question is --- I read in one thread that since she just had her medical exam, only the bottom part of the I-693 needs to be filled out by the Civil Surgeon (and he does that using the DS-3025 form with the vaccination record I mentioned above) Can someone confirm or deny??

Thank you all!
