US Senators typically have more influence. Though they cannot change anything. All the office can do is ask questions.

but I would call USCIS first!

since you are in palm beach, i am assuming your senetor is Bill Nelson...

here is his website: http://billnelson.senate.gov/

under contact bill, he has a link to send him an email to deal with an agency:

Yes the status changed from initial review to post decision 2 days after my interview. It says that the supervisor review was completed

Perhaps, doing an Infopass with your DO and having a face-to-face meet with an IO would not hurt. Remember, they have 120 days after interview to respond to you. Hopefully the Infopass would provide you an answer.

Good Luck!

I had my interview in February, and I still have no oath letter!!! In 6 days it's gonna be 120 days since my interview, and I'm planning on calling them again a few days after that, if I still don't hear anything. I don't know what to do, this is very frustrating. A while after the interview my case status changed to Placed in line for oath scheduling, then they realized that my fingerprints expired in the meantime ( how do fingerprints "expire" anyway?! ), of course they "expired", they took their sweet time in processing my case... so they sent me a fingerprints appointment for May 29, I had that done but my case had changed to Initial Review, and it's still there now. What happened to Placed in Line for Oath Scheduling? Lol...

I called USCIS a few days ago and of course they told me to wait, because my case hasn't been reached yet. If it hasn't been reached, why did they place me in line for oath scheduling before they realized my fingerprints expired?:angry::wacko: Don't they have to reach it in order to realize my fingerprints weren't valid anymore? Ugh...

What usually happen is that you go to your interview, even though the officer give an approval decision, they route the petition to their supervisor who give the final decision, this is when expires finger prints and issues might a rise. so they placed you on Oath, then at the very end someone said hey finger prints expired,

You will get your oath soon.

For Presly,

You can contact the senator, sometime it work, sometime it does not, you have the right anyway to make an official request 120 days after the interview.

I see your interview was on May, dont you think its a litle bit early to involve a senator etc?, I mean usually you should wait at least 8 weeks of your interview then you start being worried!!!!!

Hope it works out for you guys.

If they told you to wait 120 days then unfortunately all you can do is wait 120 days. If you don't hear anything by September 5th then get back in contact with USCIS.
