12-06-10 Testing, and Interview email status received via email from USCIS with information to expect a letter shortly with appoinment time.

1-13-11 Interview Passed with form N-652 checked [box A] with congrats you have been recommended for finally approval.

1-13-11 USCIS JAX officer said the Oath letter will come in two or three months.

2-23-11 Oath Ceremony Letter was received for March 17th for 9am in the GNV Federal Court House

3-17-11 Oath Certificate was received at the oath ceremony, and appointment made for US passport for Monday 3-21-11.

Called today, got our case number and it was sent to Manila on 11 Oct. Had to call to get the info as they have not replied to my email form last week. Payato

18-19 Jan 07 - Medical complete early, scheduled 8 Feb

19 Jan - CFO completed after SLE shots... have to go back for the stamp after visa approval

15 Feb 07 - Interview Approved

24 Feb 07 - Arrive at Honolulu POE

2 Apr 07 - Married, civil ceremony, mailed AOS

17 Apr 07 - Checks cashed for AOS & AP

22 Apr 07 - Filed Expedite for AP

8 May 07 - Biometrics Appt

8 May 07 - Filed complaint with local USCIS for no action on Expedite request

9 May 07 - AP Expedite approved via email

2-23-2006- NOA1 generated-REJECTED- (they said no fee attached, but I sent THE SAME CHECK back)

3-13-2006- NOA1 generated, reciept date of application

6-2-2006- (Sasha's bday) Transferred to CSC

6-14-2006- Recieved at CSC

6-23-2006- RFE generated IMBRA

6-30-2006-RFE recieved and returned by me.

I know the feeling!! I just hope the CSC gets our cases shipped to the NVC real soon were in the "shipping que" ??

Whatever shipping method the CSC uses for which cases get shipped out it is one of the worst systems when you have people far behind you getting NVC cases numbers!!

Nothing here yet either. I called today. Not sure who is worse. CSC or NVC.

Same here I called the NVC in the afternoon nothing.. Looks like the NVC has not received a new batch of approved cases from the CSC yet for the week of 10/16/06 to 10/20/06. Lets be hopeful something arrives later this week!!

Still nothing, but here is my latest email from them as of today.

Dear Sir or Madam,

The National Visa Center has received your inquiry regarding WACXXXXXXXXXX. After searching our records, no information was found regarding this case. Please contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS- formerly known as INS) to verify the status of this petition.

Once the approved 129F petition filed for a fiancé of a US citizen is received at the NVC it is processed in approximately 2-4 weeks and forwarded to the appropriate US Embassy/Consulate General. The Embassy/Consulate General may or may not request additional information before interviewing the applicant for a K1 non-immigrant visa.

I got the same email last night at 6:50pm from an email I sent mid week of last week. Looks like both of are cases are sitting in a shipping que at the CSC (dam those clowns)!!!

I tried my luck with the 800 number yesterday with USCIS during lunch while at work. Got the same miss information on K-1 visa stuff not sent to the NVC, and sent directly to the US Embassy. The lady was just plain dumb needless to say. I tired to get information on where my case was to see if the clowns at the CSC had shipped it out on last Friday, but the lady was so caught up in telling me to call the US Embassy so finally I gave up!!

What I don't get is if the IRS can having a tracking system why doesn't the USCIS have a tracking system in place to see where your approved case I.E at the CSC or on its way to the NVC??

My petition was approved 09/21 and NEVER hear anything from the NVC, called yesterday and no information on me or my finacee. Looks like dead-end to me.

I called USCIS and the lady was reading their website information to me, told her I am looking at what is reading to me and she should tell me something new. Something like "oh! they just send your file to NVC today or waiting for next batch to NVC.

Calling the USCIS number is simply useless, and a waste of time as I have learned from calling it twice with in a two week period.
