k-1 or K-3?

Just hoping some would weigh in on whether It would be better to file a k-1 or k-3 for someone who has petitioned a k-3 successfully before. That marriage ended in divorce. Lots of red flags for interview this time...over ten year age diff (im older). diff race and of course the previous marriage with petition. My fiance is nigerian and is living there.

Ok thank you. No i havent. Just wondering if marrying there would be better in terms of approval since we have so many red flags. We would prefer him coming sooner. since i wont be out there again till 2013. then have to file after i get home meaning more time apart. but we also dont want to thro money to wind.

Many red flags o begin with and Nigeria is high fraud country, and many people have had difficulties.Personally I think a K1 would be the least desirable way to go.
