Okay - our interview date is approaching. I just put together the following to send to JA:

* Appointment Letter

* Intent to Marry letter - since they didnt send me an RFE for it, thought I would play it safe and send it

* Additional pictures

* W2's - 3 years

* Employment Letter

* Pay Stubs - 3 months

* Bank Statements - 3 months

* 401K statement

* 2011 - Tax file

* Phone records

Did I forget anything??

Looks complete... Any Skype logs? Not that it's required... Wasn't there a letter from the bank needed showing total deposits for the year, how long open, etc? Where did I read that? Okay maybe I'm hallucinating...

We have skyped but not that much. So I didnt bother. I'm not sure abot the letter from the bank. I have 6 months of bankstatements and not going to pursue a letter. :wacko: And I dont think your hallucinating....I think this process does this to all of us. :blink:

hmmm- i don't know. I'll look into that one in the morning. Thanks!! :thumbs:

It looks like "Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, may be requested". I'm above the poverty line so I dont think I'll be asked to supply this. As of today, I havent. But thanks for having me check that out! :thumbs:

These are the things I would not hand off to a finance

401 statement- not needed

Bank statements - not needed

Blank out SS# on all forms

If you are above the proverty level I wouldn't send tax records if I am submitting W2's.

Some of these things will be needed when you file AOS within the state and after you have married.

It is not complete without the I-134 affidavit of support form. :) You won't get approved without it, and the 401 statement is not needed.
