Hi, I need advice from you. My i129f and i139 were approved at the same time, i guess its the k3t . What do i do next?

i dont know about i139, or do mean i130? are you applying for spouse visa? after i got approved i recieved an instruction letter from NVC what to do next.. :)

I think you mean I130 correct? Anyway the I129F will be administratively closed and the I130 will proceed as a IR1 or CR1.

It usually takes about a week for packet to get to NVC you can start calling them to get your case number and IIN number.

But please join the NVC June filers thread great information there how to get things going and what to expect and get ready for that interview. Good luck.
