MS of Science in Tax, Pwc 5 year experience, but can't find sponsor, tried big4 companies but unfortunately in last moment they're changing their minds or without an answer

I want to find job in US or Canada

What other companies can i try ? or what to do ?

Doubt PWC would go for H1B - I've seen L1 for a year if you're working for one of the firms overseas.

Read about it - google still works last time I checked. It is for intra-company transferees - you need to work for a company in your country (or any other) for a year and then if they choose to do so, they can transfer you to work for them in US. Obviously company has to have its business located in US and at least one more country...

I really can't understand what are u asking for. as i said have Master degree in Tax's, i was studying in USA for 1 year...

Here i can't find any multi national company, i tried but here is very small market in my field. ((

I thought Baku was a major oil producing center and therefore had mutlinational companies present.

You may have to consider moving elsewhere where job opportunities are better.
