So your age for immigration purposes is your real age minus( petition subdate to pettion approval date ) or about 3 months. It looks like you are not eligble to come based on that petition. Once your mother comes she can start her own petitons for you and your siblings. She will also have to show she can take care of your borhters medical needs for him to immigrate.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
