Hello,

I have already filed I-130 for both of my parents at the same time. And now I am preparing DS-230 and I-864.

I have filed I-130 for my sister which will take many many years to get aproved. my parents are coming to US together.

In DS-230 what to mention in question 31a & 31b?

And regarding I-864 my annual last 2 year gross is around 50K. so I guess its above the poverty line.my income for the year 2009 is very less is that going to be a problem or they will just look last year income. do i need to prepare 2 seperate I-864 for both parents or one will work?

in form I-864 what to answer in part 3: 8,9, 10?

we are four in the family myself, wife and two kids. will you please help me to count the household size in part5 a,b,c,d,& h?

hope someone will assist me in this

thank you

any one with a solid answer?

The answer is N/A because it's a separate petition for each parent. Those question are if they are on the same one like if it was employment visa or underage children
