I'm applying for AOS due to marriage and I'm currently on OPT. On the i765 do I say I'm applying for "Permission to accept employment" or "Renewal of my permission to accept employment"?

Also on part 16. it's C9 category correct?

Thanks all in advance :)

One other question. Since the international office at my university applied for my last I765. I'm not sure how to answer Question 11. Which USCIS Office? on my NOA. it said Texas Service Center, Mesquite, TX.

Is that it?
