I-94 and Arrival stamps

I posted that before but no body answered. maybe its a difficult question but i ll ask again. I arrived on a k1 visa I am in the process of AOS and received my EAD . 2 days ago I got my passport washed in my clothes accidentally. Now the passport and the front page are in a very good shape still after drying it off but the k1 visa and the arrival stamps are not in a good shape also the i-94 and the stamp on it. those will be expired tomorrow anyway. Question is when I go home Will I face any problems because the stamps are not showing very well. If yes what should I do here?

You're not going to get a lot of traffic from knowledgeable members in this K-1 progress forum, so I have request the topic be moved. Your I-94 is a part of your AOS application now anyway, so that won't mater for travel (though I am not sure if it will matter for AOS if you had an interview - same for ). Are you planning to travel home on AP or with your GC?

You cant use a damaged passport to travel on. Especially internationally. You will have to get a new passport.

You should have included a photocopy of your I-94 in the AOS application. The stamps and I-94 are not required for future travel, once you have your AP or green card. There is no need for the I-94 past your AOS, you could have taken it out and saved it separately with no issue. One thing to note is some people are running into issues using the EAD/AP combo card for travel. Mainly in returning to the USA before leaving their home country. You probably want to ask in the regional forum what people have ran into using the EAD/AP combo card when returning. The country and airport you're traveling back from might be more familiar with the EAD/AP combo card than some others. You'll need to get a replacement passport from your local consulate, since it sounds like you've damaged your current one.

I am not travelling now on my AP anyway. I will be travelling on my green card when i get it. the passport is fine realy nothing wrong with its the stamps i am worried about for departure like I was thinking that when depart from U.S they have to check the arrival stamps and this the problem they are not showing.

There is no departure check at US airports. If you have the documents to get back in (GC and useable passport) then you get back in.

In fact the passport is not even required for entry into the US - just the green card. But the passport is probably required for entry into, and maybe for departure from, whatever country one is visiting.
