I am sure this has been asked and answered on here before. There is so much info available! We will be mailing our petition next week and we are wondering what is the best way to assemble the materials. I know not staples. But paperclip then or like a report holder type of thinger. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Don't bother with report covers or whatever. Nothing fancy. Use a clip to keep the papers together and that's it. They reassemble it anyway.

Make sure your money order/personal check is on top, as well as your cover letter if you chose to include one.

What I did was get a see through folder and place all paperwork in there. Use paper dividers to seperate the official paperwork and your evidence (both primary & secondary).

Group them together with paperclips and paper sleeves.

Thanks for all the replies! That website gave a bunch of good info too. I think I am set. Mailing the end of June, fingers crossed.
