i arrived here sept 29, 2011 with my 13 year old daughter i experience a lot of abuse physically, mentally, and sexually. I cant believe this would happen to me here coz i thought my husband truly love me but i found out that he didnt love me, and he just need me just for sex. Our age gap is 18 years but i didnt think that he is older so much than me coz of the years we been together. So sad, im going to give up and wants to go back in the philippines even its hard to get the greencard to come here. I dont care about the green card or US citizen if am not happy here. I think im gonna die or will become crazy here living with him. A lot of friends telling me not to leave USA and need to sacrifice or understand my husband until i become a US citizen, For me, what is the the VISA FOR? if your unhappy. I ask him a favor just find us money for our airfare back to philippines then i will not bother him anymore, but he said if we want to go back to PH then we need to find money for ourselves, it means he will not help us for our plane ticket. sounds like he wants us to suffer here in america. I have so much regret of coming here. But ill try to find money to go back to my country, i dont let him step down on me by many many years.. one year is enough. So right now i am struggling to work a 3 part time job until i could finally save for my airfare. if i be in the Philippines, i want to forget all those bad memories from here, i will just put on my mind it just a dream.

OMG! sorry to hear that, only one question, did you notice something weird while you were on relationship with him? you know the felling when you dont wanna belive? tell us ur story ??

Hi sis!! I saw your last post you seem decided to just go home, just so u know, you have the chance to stay..tama naman ang sinabi mo ang hirap makakuha ng green card. May nameet ako dito sa Lynden Pinay na nakapag asawa ng taga Seattle..ganon din she was abused physically kasama nya din 13 year old daughter nya. She called help from abused women center..ayun tinulungan sya..sila ang nagfile ng police report, sila ang nagprovide ng lawyer to seek for divorce and then pinapili sya saang shelter nya gusto so she chose Lynden kc maganda dito sis..Christian mga residents dito..they help.Sinundo sya at hinatid here sa city namin lihim sa asawa ang lahat. Then she has the chance of getting money pag natapos na divorce kc nga dito ang law 50% ng ari arian ng husband mauuwi sa wife kapag nag divorce unless you sign a pre nuptial agreement. May tumawag din na taga USCIS sa kanya to ask some questions kc nagfile ang center ng VAWA para maremove condition nya later by her own. Marinelle was introduce to me kc we are christian family, my mother in law would bring me to shelter to volunteer some works there. Marinelle is given training, may mga program sila to help you out get a job, learn to drive get insurance for your child, send her to school then eventually you can stand your own and have your own place.

It is such a great very humane program. You might want to consider this. It is a good option for you. Buti pa nga si marinelle may work ako wala ha ha kc kapag recommended ng shelter ang mga company dito they help. Sis pag nandito ka dadalawin kita, isasama kita sa church. If you are interested message me I can ask marinelle what number she called for help..or somebody posted on your post what number to call. But should you decide to go home na lang talaga its up to you. I just wish the best for you. I am praying God heal your wounds and restore what ever is broken in you. I pray God's guidance, love and peace be upon you that HIS very presence be with you all through out. God bless my dear.

I would suggest to OP, to consider this advice. You don't have to stay here in US if you really don't want here but you have to put closure in your relationship, get divorce first and settle everything. Unfinished business will hunt you later when the time comes and you move on to have new relationship.

Good Luck.
