wow, I'm happy for you. You should be jumping up and down by now :)

So when you called in, they don't have your case but their email say they do? that's interesting. Call latter on today and see what they say. When did you send the email to NVCreasearch?

  • 2 weeks later...

Mine I-130 was approved on 7/9 and was mailed on 7/10. Finally received I-797 notice in mail on 7/14 (NOA2).

I called NVC @ 603-334-0700 and it has no Automated System. Just opt 1 for English & 2 for Spanish then wait for the Representative. I called 6 times same thing. I waited 3 times each time 15 to 30 mins and then sudden dead air and I can't get a hold on anyone.

Is there other contact number for NVC Automated System? I checked their DOS web site and thats the only number mentioned to call NVC for both Automated System OR Live personal.

Reading this Forum it seems like getting NVC case # is another time killer process to be deal with :(.

Getting case number is nothing as well...EVERYTHING there takes forever. It's been over 2 weeks since we sent in 2 packages to them and still waiting for NVC to say case complete and tell me interview date. It's gonna ruin my relationship with my husband, all this wait is horrible.
