Unfortunately, mine doesn't say that!

Hmm, that's strange. This is after you logged in? I don't mean just typing your case number in the "check status" box, I mean after actually signing in with username and password.. It should say "last updated" at the bottom next to the case number and "text/email"

mine has the date of noa2 .... probably be while before they send it ..its been 60 days

Doesn't have to be a bad thing. The horrible thing about these touches is they can't really be relied upon. If you have a touch, it always means someone did something with your petition. If there's no touch, it either means no one has touched it since the last date on it, or their "scan-to-system update" thing didn't function properly that day.

I'll join the club here. Tomorrow is one month for me. I got the genetic email "NVC will contact USCIS on my behalf .....blah,blah....". I feel bad for the OP with 2 months wait. I've seen people got their petitions to NVC 3 weeks or less, and their NOA2 dates after May 15th.

I-129F NOA2 : 2012-05-15

NVC Received : 2012-06-22

NVC Left : 2012-06-28

Consulate Received : 2012-07-02

Packet 3 Received : Called DOS on 07/3 and package 3 sent out. We didn't wait for the "physical" package. My fiance' mailed DS2001 and DS230 part I

out the next day via EMS. You don't have to wait for pkg3. You can download and fill it out ahead of time.

Packet 3 Sent : 2012-07-04

Consulate Received pkg 3: 2012-07-06

I know, right! It takes people 3 weeks to get a case number from NVC and all I get is: unfortunately, we have no record of receiving your approved petition. Today is 3 weeks since I got an email form nvc research saying my petition is en route! And 1 month 3 weeks since the approval date (April 23rd). How crazy is that people?
