Is anyone can help me with the biometrics appointment letter?????

We got the NOA for the I485, I130, I131, and I765 on April 4. Up until now i still haven't received any notice for the biometrics yet. It is about 2 and a half months already. I visited the local USCIS for 2 times and called to the USCIS 2 times as well, but they told me that just wait... As i know that the notice should arrive within 30 days after the day we got the NOA, right. Moreover, i go to the USCIS web and checked my case. it shows that my I131 was approved. Now i have no idea how to do with my case.....

Is anyone here having the same problem as me? should i come or call the USCIS again or wait? what i should do guys?

What's your local office? It's probably backed up. Ours was and we waited that long for a notice. AP doesn't require biometrics.

I am the USC, husband is adjusting from B2.

08.06.2010 - Sent off I-485
08.25.2010 - NOA hard copies received (x4), case status available online: 765, 131, 130.
10.15.2010 - RFE received: need 2 additional photos for AP.
10.18.2010 - RFE response sent certified mail
10.21.2010 - Service request placed for biometrics
10.25.2010 - RFE received per USCIS
10.26.2010 - Text/email received - AP approved!
10.28.2010 - Biometrics appointment received, dated 10/22 - set for 11/19 @ 3:00 PM
11.01.2010 - Successful biometrics walk-in @ 9:45 AM; EAD card sent for production text/email @ 2:47 PM! I-485 case status now available online.
11.04.2010 - Text/Email (2nd) - EAD card sent for production
11.08.2010 - Text/Email (3rd) - EAD approved
11.10.2010 - EAD received
12.11.2010 - Interview letter received - 01.13.11
01.13.2011 - Interview - no decision on the spot
01.24.2011 - Approved! Card production ordered!

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

11.02.2012 - Mailed I-751 packet to VSC
11.08.2012 - Checks cashed
11.10.2012 - NOA1 received, dated 11.06.2012
11.17.2012 - Biometrics letter received for 12.05.2012
11.23.2012 - Successful early biometrics walk-in

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I did call the USCIS after the first 30 days and they told me to wait.... then i called them the second time and still ask me to wait??????

Ask to raise a service request.

Yes, call and ask to place a Service request. Dont ask for their opinion on if you should or not.

It's the right thing to do. I did mine on the 30 day mark even though the bio letter arrived in the mail the same day after the call.

Thanks all.... I just got the notice today and they schedule me 07/06. it is about 3 weeks from now and i think i will try to walk-in tomorrow. My ASC local is San Jose. Is anyone know it is easy to walk-in in SJ? One more question, If they do not allow me to walk-in at SJ, can i just go to the other ASC location to get my biometrics (San Francisco maybe)? Or i have to get it done at the location where they put on the notice..

I don't know how San Jose ASC is with walk-ins, but if they don't let you then it is fine to try another ASC. My biometrics were scheduled for Oakland ASC at the end of June, but I did a walk-in at San Francisco ASC yesterday with no problems at all.

Today, I just went to the San Jose ASC and try to walk-in for my biometrics. I arrived there around 8:30 and they let me walk-in. it took about 3 mins for waiting and 5mins for the FR and Photo, and my biometric was done...
