K1 and mother-in-law tourist visa

Hello

I apply for k1 and would like to find out how to bring mother-in-law for our wedding.

I think apply for tourist visa would be the best choise.

Is there a way to bring both parents-in-law (mother-in-law and father-in-law)

They live in kazakhstan.

dd/mm/yyyy K-1

01/03/2012 === I-129F sent via USPS

01/05/2012 === I-129F delivered to USCIS (PO BOX)

01/06/2012 === I-129F officially received by USCIS (Information from hard copy of NOA1)

01/09/2012 === I-129F official notice day (Information from hard copy of NOA1)

01/10/2012 === NOA1 received by Email. Case routed to California Service Center

01/13/2012 === I-129F official hard copy received from USCIS

03/29/2012 === I-129F touched.

06/11/2012 === I-129F Approved (157 days)

06/12/2012 === NOA2 received by Email.

06/12/2012 === I-129F touched.

07/02/2012 === I-129F touched. (I hope it is gong to NVC ;) ) (NOA2 approved for 2nd time)

07/06/2012 === 2nd NOA2 official hard copy received from USCIS. ( I am furious about getting my application approved for 2nd time. I wonder why they did it? )

07/05/2012 === NVC received

07/10/2012 === NVC left

07/16/2012 === Consulate received (via DHL tracking)

08/21/2012 === Inteview (Approved)

11/04/2012 === POE at Detroit

They will apply on their own and must show strong ties to make them go home after. What are their ties ? ( in Nigeria most are denied not sure where you are )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I mention Kazakhstan. I know good ties back should be there. The only strong tie is appartment "condominium", and her husband would stay in country. I also belive she will be retierd at the end of the year.

Do I have to send invitation? She gonna stay in my house so she does not need any hotel spendings once she get here.

An invitation could help in this case, as there is a specific reason she wants to visit the USA- ie the wedding. If you can send an official wedding invite, so much the better. Does she have any other kids, even adult ones, that are staying behind? That could help, especially if there are grandkids.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

She have older daughter and grandson, husband, apartment (condo), brothers and sisters.

Do I just write like a regular letter that invite her for wedding and to see the city?

You can write a regular letter, stating what you'll do in terms of sight seeing, but having the forma wedding invitation (you know, printed on card stick etc) in there too would help.

My parents got the visa, although I am still on K1 visa. They are coming to my wedding. Both retired, no children back home, and still got the visa. I think she has a chance, because her husband is staying in Kazakhstan, and she is still working (if I read correctly).
