Hi everyone,

Need help with these questions:

1. NVC AOS Bill showed PAID. Do I wait for NVC to send AOS package? or

2. Do I just send the form I-864 instead of waiting for NVC to send AOS package? and

3. How do I send the I-864 form?

Thanks!

If I get your question correctly, you are asking whether you have to wait for any instruction from NVC regarding AOS package or not??

If you AOS Bill shows " PAID", you dont have to wait for NVC instruction. Note: NVC does not send the AOS Package. thats the Petitioner who send the AOS package to NVC at the address per BARCODED sheet. General speacking, AOS package should include

i.a. Bar-coded cover sheet

b. Completed and signed form I-864 by the petitioner

c. IRS tax transcripts for the last three years

d. Petitioner's employment letter

e. Petitioner's pay stubs for the current year

ii. a. Cover letter

b. Employement letter ( Petitioner)

c. Recent Pay stub(s) ( Petitioner) are ( ii) optional but good to have on your AOS package.

Notes:

If tax return transcript(s) are not available then you have to include,

Tax returns (1040) and W2s and any other schedules (if applicable)

and if you have Joint sponsor, he/she also has to fill out I -864

good luck

You can send your AOS package to NVC as soon as the AOS fee status says PAID. You save a lot of time by not waiting for NVC to send you instructions for the next step.

3. How do I send the I-864 form?

Through postal mail. Send the entire AOS package (I-864/EZ, tax transcripts/Form 1040+W2's+schedules/employment letter and paystubs are optional) to the address found on the barcoded cover sheet. You get this from the NVC portal where you paid your AOS fee.

Thanks!

yes just follow Navchusu's guide and ail the package to the address on the AOS COVER SHEET which you can print out from where you saw your AOS status as PAID. I used USPS express for this and in 3 days it was delivered.

I really do appreciate your very help information. What is Bar-coded cover sheet?

Thx!

When you pay your fees, a barcoded cover sheet will be available to you on the NVC portal. One for AOS, one for IV. These barcoded cover sheets should be the first page of their respective packages which you will send to the address indicated.
