G325 WHO IS THE APPLICANT

Hi I know that as the immigrant I have to fill out 2 g-325 do I sign as the applicant...also my wife USC is to fill one out is she the applicant and is to sign it also, so what i'm asking is who ever is filling out the form is the applicant? or am I always the applicant?

So in the box at the bottom where it says APPLICANT who ever is filling out the form puts there name there correct? also where it asks what form is submitted in connection with what do you put there if I'm AOS

The petition (USC) and you the beneficiary/applicant should both fill out G-325a for the form I-130. Beneficary should also fill and sign one for I-485

That part I know, am I the APPLICANT on all 3 g325's or just the 2 I fill out and my wife is the APPLICANT on here own? also do I mark "status as permanent resident"box or put other and the form this will be sent with?

On your G-325 you are the applicant and on your wife's G-325 she is the applicant. You check the box saying Status as permanent resident.

You're talking about the bold box at the bottom, correct? You put your name on your forms and her name on her form.
