NOA1 does not say where case transferred to

Is there a reason why the NOA1 wouldn't tell you where the case was transferred to? I accidentally forgot the biometric fee, but after receiving the biometric fee deficiency notice, I mailed the payment back and got receipt of the payment which said full and complete payment had been received.

Online the case still says it's in the acceptance stage, as of 3/16/2012. We called and were told when it's transferred, sometimes they don't update the status online. Is there anyway to find out where it was transferred to, or is it possible that it's processed at the National Benefits center? All the case numbers start with MSC.

It doesn't always tell you online. It'll either be transferred to CSC or your local office. You'll get a notice in the mail (at least for CSC, can't remember if you get one for the local office but if it's your local office you'll get an interview letter). The NOA1 doesn't say anything because when the NOA1 is produced it hasn't been transferred anywhere yet.
