Sending out the interview vibes for those of you with appointments this week.:dance: Bring home the visa!!!!!

Take care,

Maggie

Today has been a great monday for us. In the mail today I got a letter from the NVC saying they received the I-129F in which I already knew that. Also it said they was sending it to the consulate in Morocco in a week. SO I decided to go ahead and call NVC cuz I am impatient. Well it was great news. It got sent out on the 12th the lady told me. The letter was dated Oct.13,2006. Over the weekend I had looked at DHL and saw that only one package had been sent out to Morocco in the timeframe I put in. I was hoping that it could have been ours and I guess it was. Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..................... I hope more and more people get their cases processed more quickly so we can all be with our loved ones ASAP.

Oh you'd be such a cool teacher!!!!!!!

I actually was (briefly) a teacher. Taught second grade. Howeva, the organization I was with working for my alternative certification and I had some philosophical differences that caused us to part ways. If I ever will be a teacher (and it's always in the back of my mind), I'm going back to school and getting certified the old fashion way.

I agree that you would be an awsome teacher...and belated congratulations on the anniversary...Best of luck and I am glad to hear that things are so great... :luv:

Typical Monday morning here. Trying to get into the swing of things. Talked to Usama last night and he has been sick with the flu for a few days with no one at all to help him since his sisters are living with a friend of theirs now. He said he almost died yesterday 'cause there was no one to get him some water. I was like, "why didn't you just get it yourself" and he said, "I was sick in bed.".

Ok call me uncaring and heartless but I'm a single mom of two Irish twins (less than a year apart) and I can remember having 102 temp and having to still wake up to feed both daughters at 2am while my husband was out sleepin' around. I know the poor guy is sick but I think men tend to be a bit of a baby when it comes to illness. :P

Ok I have to admit, I use the "cramps" ticket every once in awhile when I wanna get out of something. :P

Maggie, have you tried a local Int'l market? We have a couple of them here and that's where I get most of my stuff of that nature. If you're in Seattle there's got to be at least one or two - Seattle's such a cool place, there's bound to be at least one option! Good luck....

*disclaimer* I love my teapot and I love tea

Ok, do you want uber cool, or just cool/practical?

I (L) Beehouse teapots. These are more along the lines of cool/practical. You can purchase them online:

Tribute Teas - also sells cute little cups to go with the pots

Tea Source - I got mine from here. If you order from here, you can also get my favorite teas :)Emperor's Blend and Green Tea with Mango

BeeHouse

My teapot is similar to this one, just a slightly different color:
