Hello to everyone.

My wife has been in this country now for over a year.

We have adjusted status and is now a green card holder.

she came over on a fiance visa.

Now we want to file the necessary forms to bring her two young children here to live with us.

I have an I-824 filled out and ready to file but im not sure if our follow to join benefits have expired.

Please someone help.

if follow to join has expired please tell me which forms i should file.

7/14 AOS Transfere

7/26 received biometrics appt. (8/15/2011)

8/15 BIOMETRICS COMPLETE

8/19 APPROVAL LETTER FOR EAD MAILED

8/22 EAD AND AP ARRIVED IN MAIL

8/31 AOS APPROVED

9/14 GREEN CARD ORDERED FOR PRODUCTION

9/17 RECIEVED GREEN CARD

You and the wife missed the "Will Follow" opportunity for the children by not securing the K2's within 1 year of the wife's visa. You need to file I-130 petitions for the children, one for each child.
