Hello every one I am happy to introduce myself

I am currently under pending application for AOS and here is my time line

-1999 EWI

-2001 TPS El Salvador.

-2004 Advance parole (Big plus in my case).

-2007 Met future hubby SALSA dancing.

-2009 Started dating.

-2011 Finally proposed!!!!

-2012 Advance Parole again.

-2012 Got married .

-2012 Maui honeymoon!!!

-5-2012 Infopass appointment at local USCIS Field Office

-5-30-2012 Sent forms G-1145 (E-notification), I-130, I-485, I-864, and G-325A (No need for I-765).

-6-1-2012 USPS delivered package

-6-6-2012 Two Emails/Texts (Package received June 4th and checks cashed on June 6th)

-6-9-2012 NOA1!!!!!!

I have no criminal record

I hope I get approved so I can help others that are not aware of Advance parole benefits for adjustment of status.

06/09-(day 9)-I-797 NOA received (Saturday)

06/11-(day 11)-Called to fix typographical error(Missing middle name on I-130)

06/20-(day 20)- Email received (Saying error fixed)

07/13-(day 43)Email: reused most recent biometrics, awaiting Indie status

09/10-(day 103)Humanitarian Expedite Request

9/13-(day 106) Interview October 17TH (TOTAL 139 DAYS)

9/17-APPROVED ON THE SPOT AND STAMP ON PASSPORT WHICH EXPIRES IN ONE YR!!!
