1. My husband "lived" with me in the USA for 6 months. He came on a tourist visa and did not work. Can I put the place we shared as one of his residences in the last 5 years on the G-325a? His name is on the lease and I plan on submitting that as evidence. I also put under employment that he was unemployed for the 6 months he was in the USA stating he was on a 6 month visit to the USA.

2. Do you need a continuation sheet for every form, or can you use one sheet for all forms? And on the continuation sheet all the things I need to write are the same thing (address). Can I put "same as [item number]" or should I list each item separately? For the continuation of the G-325a sheet, how do I refer to item numbers since there are no numbers? Just write the question and the answer?

3. Finally, I decided to put my address on the I-130 as my mom's USA address. In my cover letter I state we are living abroad together and the US address is only for mail correspondence. I also write the same note on the continuation page for the I-130 form (where addresses are listed). Are those appropriate places to put the notices? I want to get in the "filed from abroad" expedite thing, but as I've mentioned before, mail here is awful and I want mail sent to a more reliable address.

Thanks!

1. Your husband visited you in the states for 6 months on a B2 visa

- residency is a permanent address - not a visitation address

- He was unemployed for 6 months

2. You need to show continuation as clearly as possible throught the form.

- Yes - using "refer to LINE is an acceptable way to fill the form"

3. When you fill the form, use the address you are living at, not where it is convenient or in our opinion is more safe for mail. USCIS will process your case a lot faster even if your mailing is unreliable. You can easily call USCIS to check your progress and the mailing address nowdays is almost irrelevant as they do not ever send anything but notices which they CC to your email anyhow.

wait, wasn't there a boyfriend also ? I am so confused.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I decided to start using "husband" now because of your last comment. Just makes things simpler I think. He'll be a husband by the time we file
