Anyone know where I can see an example of a I-864 cover letter?

I used the one here at VJ to make my I-130 cover letter but, I would like to see the generic way to make the I-864 CL.

I would put the case number in the top right hand corner, below this I would put the petitioners name and the Beneficiarys name.

Then just list the forms and evidence that you have included in the package.. i.e

1. I-864 form - Completed and signed by xxxxxx

2. I-864 Form - Completed and signed by xxxxxx

3. Mr Joe Blogs Birth Certificate (Joint sponsor): To show proof of relationship to Sponsor

Next to each item I would list why you have included this information (if it is not obvious).

You can also use the cover letter to give additional information if necessary, by filling out the cover sheet in this manner, you can give explanations to the different areas you have included..

All this is only neccesary if you have additional information to supply in relation to your case..

If your case is straight forward then simply list what you have included.
