Greetings everyone! i have been following the forum as a guest and decided to post my question for yourhelp/opinions. I was granted my permenant G.C last spring through marriage. Unforutantly life events happen and my husband well ex-husband now and i filed for divorce this year. I recieved the final judgement of divorce this last week. i know i have to advice the USCIS of my name change for a new G.C but i dont know if they will give me any trouble because i divorced only 15 months after i was granted my adjustment of status.. Honestly i am a bit afraid and doubtful to file the I90 with the proof of my divorce decreed. What do you all suggest??
