Hi All,

I sent my I-130 last Wed. (6/6/12), I am wondering how long it is taking to get at least the acknoledgement of receipt or NOA1 with priority date. I know that I wont get a priority date until they accept the application and cash my check. When I did my N400 I received and email two days later.

Anyone know of the aprx. time this is taking?

Thanks,

CF

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is there a thread that for people who file in a given month to follow progress similar to the one on the N400 forum?

Thanks again,

If you don't see one already started i'm sure you could start one! It seems not a lot of people take the initiative to create them and i'm sure the threads really help out too.

My case is a little different, I expect to (god willing) complete my N400 and become a USC, this would then change my F2A to a CR1. My timeline would not be of much help, but I will attempt a search to see if it exists if not I will start one using the N400 as a sample.

Hi,

For us it only took a few days. If you are lucky, you might have the email this week, but don't panic if you don't, sometimes it takes a little bit longer.

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!
