so happy that my medical done in one day!! i came early around 5am and st. lukes started at 6am brcause there were plenty of people outside. i have waited for my medical result until 3:30pm...

Yup, St. Luke's does that fairly often if there are no issues, my wife was done with her physical, shot and all, in a day at St. Luke's also.

K1's are not tracked through the AVR, ever. They are processed like an immigrant visa, but they are NOT immigrant visas, so they fall into a completely different class of their own. Therefore you need an operator. To get there:
