finally in the US after being away for nearly a year. my fiancee and i are really happy. at least we get to be together for the next stage of the process.

anyway POE was JFK and it was pretty easy. immigration officers were friendly. when i came up to the immigration office, she asked me for my passport and then asked what i was doing in the US? and after handing in the brow envelope she asked me how i met my fiancee. i feel like she was just asking just for the sake of it. she stamped my passport and the I-94 and told me to follow her to the office for further processing since i'm coming in with a K1 visa. i was out of there in about 20mins.
