My fiancé, who currently resides in Canada as a permanent resident, would like the possibility to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas with me. We have discussed that I'll be going to live in Canada with her, than her coming to the US to live with me. We would like to be married as soon as possible so that we can start the spouse sponsorship and I can go there as a permanent resident. If we do marry, I'm afraid that her B1 visa will be denied because she's married to a US citizen. We both want to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family in the US. Any advice on what we should do if any one else were in the same situation.

Thanks

Unless she's a Canadian citizen/VWP citizen, or already holds a B-2 visa, this can be extremely difficult. However, not illegal in any way, and not impossible. All you can do really is gather up as much proof as possible that she intends to return, and apply.

Applying = Low chance.

Not applying = Zero chance.

A tourist visa application denied for "immigrant intent" will have no bearing on an immigrant visa or K-1 application.

i also wanted to know the same. can anyone guide?

Unless you have a criminal record or previous negative immigration history (overstay/illegal work etc) you'll have an easier time since you won't have to apply for a tourist visa. Simply entering on the VWP is a lot easier than having to apply a B-2 in advance.
