hello everyone please help me i have woman from usa and i am from algeria i knew her over 3 years in internet i did not met her in person now we planing to be together we want to marry she's older then me i am 26 and she's 40 old years and she have 3 kids and Her elder son has 19 years please some one tell me what can i do

You need to read alot on this website. You need to know what proofs you need and what questions you will be asked at the interview and you need to have money

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

please some one tell me what can i do

i see 2 choices.

1. she comes to Algeria, marries with you, then she files the I-130, putting you on the CR-1 visa path or

2. she comes to Algeria for the first visit, returns to USA, files the I-129F, putting you on the K-1 visa path.

That's pretty much it.

pick one or the other, then tell yer woman about it.

First step is meeting each other in person. It is one of the requirements no matter which path you chose. Just make sure to "leave a paper trail"; taking pictures, copies of passport stamps, any receipts. Visiting once is a requirement. Visiting several times is good for relationship, and won't look bad at your interview either.

Those are at least your first steps. Look out for any red flags and how to either address, minimize or overcome them before you throw your red flags to the wolves. Age difference may be one of them.

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

AOS process, December 2011 > July 2012

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until greencard in hand: 655 days

You've known each other on the internet for three years but you still haven't met? The first thing she should do is go over there to meet you, see if your relationship is the same in person, and then make a decision on what to do.
