I mailed my AOS packet on Friday but hubby decided to quit his job yesterday. He got interviewed for another and hope to start soon.

How will him losing his job affect me?

AOS from F-1(Married to USC
06.08.12 - AOS mailed
09.18.12 - Interview.....Approved!!

ROC- Divorce Waiver
05/09/14- I-751 packet mailed to CSC
05/12/14- NOA1 Receipt date
07/01/14- Biometrics Appt

08/11/14- RFE received

09/08/14- RFE response received by USCIS

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

Technically if you already submitted all your tax info, it won't affect you. However if they do find out and he's your only sponsor, you will need to get someone else to sponsor you.

04/10/2012 (Day 13) - Notice for biometrics app. May 2, 2012
04/12/2012 (Day 15) - NOA 1 hard copies received x 4

I'm not sure if they verify his employment or not during AOS. If they do, you may get an RFE. I would either be prepared with evidence of the new job or have a co sponsor lined up if he doesnt get the job. If you don't get RFE, you should still have this ready to inform them at the interview

Yes he is the sponser...
