Im a January 18th filer and sill have no news =/ what is your date?

If anyone found any member of FEB for VSC - CR-1/IR-1 approved. Please guide. :help: coz even i am confused as too why is VSC not moving to FEB files....

hey Djay the Feb 7 wasn't an expedite.. she's a friend of mine.. we have the same date and she got approval and I'm still waiting...

VSC is stalled this is crazy

Started Talking: 1998

Dated for 3 yrs, separated, & reunited after being apart for about 10yrs

Got married: Dec. 3rd, 2011

02/07/12 - I-130 NOA1 Received neither email nor text.

07/12/12 - Received NOA2

08/02/12 - Case number received

08/06/12 - Invoice ID Received

08/09/12 - Aos bill & Ds-3032 received

08/09/12 - AOS bill Paid

08/13/12 - Ds-3032 Accepted

08/15/12 - IV Bill received

Good to know it wasn't expedite...we can say VSC is going to FEB 7th file....coz the stats on visajourney shows VSC is 140days away - thats jan 22.... :crying:

Well I'm a JAN 24 filler and nothing so far!! How in the world CSC could be processing FEB? this is crazy!! :wacko:

Yea, They've been on "Jan 2012" for more than two months. On March 19th when I called they told me they were on Jan 1st and since we are Jan 12th we should hear something in 2-3 weeks (Early April)

Here we are, 2 months after that (5 months after NOA1) and still nothing.

VSC is really falling behind. It's very frustrating

Met Through Mutual Friends: Early March 2009

Began dating: June 24th, 2010

Met in Manchester, England: October 20, 2010 to Oct 25, 2010

"Officially" became a couple: November 25, 2010

New Years together in England: Dec 26, 2010 to Jan 2, 2011

Visit to meet my family: February 19, 2011 to February 26, 2011
