I know they ask when you arrive at the Embassy if you have already signed up for the DHL service (which my hubby has) but wondering does he need to bring proof of that to his interview? Like a print out of the page where it shows he signed up? Or does he just need to confirm verbally that he has done it.

You need to bring the confirmation page you received when you signed up for DHL. I printed mine when I signed up. If you don't have this then I think you can go back to the DHL site where you signed up and print it.

Yes, you definitely need to bring confirmation of this. Just sign into the CSC site and print out the summary page (first page you see after logging in) which includes your DHL/Loomis reference number. The guards at the front of the consulate will NOT let you in now unless you have confirmation with the reference number. They apparently write your case number on a paper and stick it on your passport.
