Hi guys, I am starting to fill out the I-129f and I am really nervous because I want to get this right. I have a few questions that i need help on.

First is on part B question 12 I explained that I visit my fiance on the weekends. she live in mexico and i live in san diego. Do I leave the Arrival and departure record blank since I have never done any official paperwork. Same question on date of arrival and date authorized to stay expired.

second is i am typing the Document is that ok?

For question 18 have we met and seen each other in 2 year period i read on this site to keep it short and strait to the point so this is what i put and any feedback would be great.

"My fiance and I, met in July of 2009. We have been together since then and have two daughters. My daughters and fiance live in Tijuana, MX. I provide 100% of their income and stay with them on the weekends."

Also since we have 2 daughters together who are already US citizens through certificate of borth abroad, is their an easier way to have the mother cross and get her residency or is the K-1 the fast and easiest?

Thank you very much for your time and any help is greatly appreciated.

Example form - to help you fill the form out correctly - http://www.visajourn...Form-I-129F.pdf

B 12 is only answered if the immigrant is in the USA.

Part B is information all about the immigrant not the USC.

You can do the forms on the computer or write them by hand or do both hand and computer typing. It does not matter as long as they can read it.

For 18 you only need to be to the point, 1-2 lines you don't need a whole lifes story in that section.

There really is no fast way in this process.

The K-1 is going to cost more than a spousal visa.

The spousal visa gets her a green card on entry so she could work right away the K-1 does not do that.

You have to make sure you have priority's straight when choosing what you are doing with the visa routs. View the visa comparison charts http://www.visajourn...content/compare

If she wants to work right away then you should be filing a spousal visa after your marriage. If she does not care to work right away then go ahead with the K-1 visa.
