hi :) again i just want to ask based on my friends here in PI they told me that consulate is particular if you have relatives in U.S, unfortunately i have none. only I have friends to visit. is it true?Thank you in advance.

I don't know how the PI consulate handles applications or interviews. I would assume that not having relatives in the US works in your favor.

Do not think too much about the visa interview..... Try to fill the online application as soon as possible and also schedule an appointment for the visa interview.
