It's currently taking NVC around a month from NOA2 date to assign a case number. So I suggest in about 2 weeks, start calling NVC every single and inquiring if you have a case number assigned yet. Once you do, give over both email addresses of the petitioner and beneficiary. That way, NVC will email all correspondence to you.
