Hi Everyone!

Wow! Am I overwhelmed! I got engaged to my Canadian guy last Saturday, and in a WHIRLWIND we're eloping to Hawaii and leaving a week from today!! We haven't told anyone that we're not having a real wedding! I've been cruising the forums and reading through everything...I'm pretty sure between planning a wedding in a week and working on all of this, my head is going to EXPLODE! Ha ha!

We met with an attorney a day before we got engaged, and he said we had a great case for immigration, but that we were smart and could probably do it ourselves! How funny is that?! My fiance' entered the country 4 months ago as a visitor with no intent of getting married, so we're going to go forward with the I-130 with an AP (still learning all the lingo!)

Anyway...just wanted to say hi, especially to all of my Canadian friends out there. This looks like an amazing resource, and I'm going to take full advantage of it!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thanks! It was beautiful! We actually hired a photographer, and had a GoPro for video, so it's all properly documented! :star: Now the real fun begins...name change, and PAPERWORK!!
