Should I send our pictures from my Facebook if most of the comments were not written in English? I am a divorce waiver and I don't have any bills under our names, they are always under my name or his name because we forgot to add both names. Does it sound silly if I explain that we didn't have a habit of adding 2 names into a bill???

If you have bills sent to the same address but in different names that's still evidence of living together. FB pictures... if SOME comments were in english then yes. They might ask someone in their office to translate the comments if they're suspicious.

Well the electricity bills are always under my name. After he left me he cut internet so I had to set up my own internet with my name and I don't keep any previous internet bills with his name. In general, I don't keep any bill under his name but his name is in the lease and he removed my name out of the lease (I really don't know why he had to do it.) Should I submit the lease with his name and internet and electricity bills under my name? About FB pics, there are some comments in English though, Thank you!

Doesn't hurt to submit whatever you have. You said "removed your name from the lease" so I assume it HAD your name at some stage? Consider contacting the landlord to get a copy of the old lease. Also with internet bills etc I know mine were stored online. You MIGHT be able to get a copy of them. Don't know for sure though.

I did contact the leasing office to ask if they can write a letter states I lived there with my husband or send me the old lease with my name but they require my husband's permission to do all that. My name WAS in the lease because I brought that lease to the DMV to renew my driver's license to the new state when we moved to this state last year. I should have made a copy of that old lease. I thought the leasing office will always keep the old lease anyway :crying: I keep some electricity and internet bills under my name.

I would talk to someone else about the copy of the lease. It's got your name on it so you should be entitled to a copy of it without his permission.

That's what I thought too and I required to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, the person I was talking to is the manager  . She said it is the law that they cannot give information to a person who is not in the lease without the permission of the lease holder, wth???

Btw, the only paper they have with my name is the online application that my husband filled out before we moved in. I was the co-applicant in the form. Should that paper be considered a substitute for the lease? It shows that I'm his wife.

If you're not ON the lease then fair enough they can't give it to you but yes, that "co-applicant" thing might be good
